Operations Executive. Builder. Change Leader.

“Leadership isn’t about collecting all the answers. It’s about asking better questions, staying curious, and remaining willing to grow.”

I’m an operations executive with more than a decade of experience leading teams, building organizational infrastructure, and transforming complex challenges into sustainable systems across healthcare and mission-driven organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale operational transformations, developed high-performing teams, implemented new technologies and programs, strengthened organizational governance, and built processes designed to make both organizations and the people within them more successful.

I’m at my best when there’s something to build, improve, or figure out. I believe strong operations should create clarity where there is complexity, accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy, and systems that allow great people to do their best work.

My approach to leadership is grounded in courage, integrity, curiosity, and a genuine investment in people. I believe in setting high expectations while giving people the support they need to reach them. I believe the best leaders create more leaders, not more followers. And I believe kindness and accountability can, and should, exist in the same room.

Outside of my executive work, I serve in board leadership, write about leadership and professional growth, and am the author of I Feel Like I Have a Lot to Say. Across each of those roles, the common thread is the same: I want to build things that matter, help people recognize what they're capable of, and leave organizations and communities stronger than I found them.

I don't have leadership completely figured out, and I don't think great leaders ever believe they do. I’m still learning, still asking questions, and still challenging myself to do the hard thing, even when I have to do it scared.

“She is as strategic as she is compassionate, and as dependable as she is inspiring.”
